Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any cosmetic products once they have been opened or used.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at byjaicosmetics@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the item(s)

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will happily issue a replacement or refund if applicable.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
