Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Jai Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at byjaicosmetics@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.
